Customer Service

The customer service on email is not good. I have been trying to solve an issue I experianced with the breakfast buffet since the 18th of August, and no one has responded to me at all. I have had the opportunity to stay at the new hotel at the Argosy, and it is absolutely outstanding, the beds, pillows, the shower, are awesome. However we did have a bad experiance at the breakfast buffet. I would stay at the hotel again, but go off site for food.
