Description
This 9,000 square-foot, glassed-in butterfly garden was developed for scientific and leisure purposes. Inside the building, you will find a number of bright, aromatic flowering plants that are known to attract butterflies. This manmade ecosystem can support up to 2,000 of the colorful flying critters. Exhibits throughout the greenhouse describe various items of interest about the butterflies, including how their life cycle works. Special arrangements can be made for photographic opportunities. Admission: $7.50 adults, $6 seniors, $5.50 kids (3-12), kids under 3 are free. The venue is open daily from 10 a.m.
