Golf Digest, the bible of golf, rated this course as the top public golf course in the entire state of Missouri. Designed by Tom Fazio, it is part of the legendary Troon courses that dot the country. You get the sense that this course is different when you learn that each hole has its own name, names like Sea of Trees, and Gobblers Knob. There are seven water holes and four monstrous par-5s. Practice facilities including chipping greens, are offered. The course is open year round and all fees include a cart.
