In a former fast-food burger palace, two high-profile local chefs have teamed up to open a colorful restaurant specializing in seafood. Steve & Rocky's is named after master chefs Steve Allen and Rocky Rachwitz, who has his own mini-chain of Rocky's restaurants. The walls, carpets, furnishings and even waitstaff uniforms are a panoply of bright colors. The decor extends to a raw bar and tapas bar. A wide range of seafood is available, including an eclectic Bouillabaisse with lobster, shrimp, clams, mussels, bass and salmon. Meatless and vegetarian entrees are equally inspired. Steve & Rocky's offers a soup sampler and more than 100 wines.
