Chamber Music Society of Detroit, Farmington Hills

Since 1943, the Chamber Music Society of Detroit has presented remarkable seasons of polished classical music despite never having a venue of its own. Musicians of national, international and local reputation perform on a sporadic basis, usually at the Seligman Performing Arts Center at Detroit Country Day School, a private academy in Bloomfield Hills. Occasionally concerts are held at Detroit's unmatched Orchestra Hall. If you appreciate chamber music, these productions are excellent and by far the best available in metropolitan Detroit.
