MGM Grand Detroit Casino
Looking to bring the allure of Las Vegas to the Motor City, the MGM Grand brings their quality gaming tables and machines to downtown Detroit. This casino doesn't hedge its bets, featuring over 4500 slot and video poker machines, 90 gaming tables, and a premier poker room to satisfy those with the Hold 'Em fever. Situated on the ground floor of the MGM Grand Detroit hotel, the casino is surrounded by great restaurants and shops to spend your winnings in. What happens in Vegas now happens in Detroit.
I wonder if the players club card is a set up to identify the race, ethnic group, or economic status of another person, I have been in MGM a lot of times playing the maximum credits and I have been I guess one of the unfortunate ones I can get up and another person mostly a caucason person and they can sit down and play half the credits and they win four and five thounsands dollars on the same machine you just spent all your money they reap fronm the benifit, I would hate for this to be a prejudice tpye entertainment.
I love the Casino staff. From the guards to the hosts, the staff is by far the most welcoming. They make you feel you are the reason they are there, not like you are an interuption to an already stressfull day. They are responsive to your requests.
Promotions at MGM are accessible to the average person, and uncomplicated enough for anyone to understand.
My favorite thing is that MGM is where I WIN the most. That lets me keep playing, earn comps, and enjoy the great food.
That being said, the Valet parking could use some work
the people that work ther are very nice and helpful.I have never been as lucky at any other casino, i always see something new to play or just have a drink at the bar not to even mention the good food.
I have been going to mgm for a long
time, love it. better than the other
casinos. would not go anywhere else. The workers are all friendly,
and I love the slots.
I, have one little complaint that
happened recently. my daughter was
was playing a machine that hit, and
she was waiting, so decided to play
the machine next to her.
a lady went to security and told them that she was playing two machines,he came over and stopped her. well, we were there saturday
night and their were just as many
people and there were about 5 ladies
playing two machines and the security man was standing and holding a machine for someone else.
What goes, is there double standards? there should be a limit
expecially on weekends.
