Horible BBQ

Good Beers, good atmosphere, good music but HORRIBLE low quality BBQ.
Brisket that is as tough as shoe leather. Skimpy ribs. Almost no meat on the bone and what meat was on them was really dry and tough. The sauce tasted like watered down KC Masterpiece.
Waitress even admitted to me that you are supposed to cook Brisket all day but they don't do that. No kidding !
Good BBQ beans though and the servers were nice.
I recommend going for a beer and some blues but eat before you go.
I am from Texas and this was just about the worst BBQ I've ever eaten.
