No Follow-Up for Previous Clients

The gallery has a diverse selection of beautiful art; however, after purchasing some of this beautiful art no return e-mails or phone calls came from them regarding questions on recent purchases. Their personal feelings override their 'professional' dealings. And in the past some of the employees were downright rude. Too bad because I have an additional $30,000 to spend on art for my new home, and it will not be from Passions Gallery.
