Customer service questionable

The days of the multiple deals are gone, but at least the quality has gotten better (for a few sketchy years, the t-shirts were as thin as crepe paper!). Customer service is seriously lacking. At the Dennis store, a clerk ignored my question to speak to his manager ("But I'm a customer" was answered with "But he's the manager." Um, hello, sales anyone?). The clerk at the Orleans store was rude to my mother (love the eye rolling - was that covered in training?). I'll probably avoid this store in the future, not worth it.
