Sports Museum Of New England celebrates New England's teams and athletes, including football, baseball, hockey, soccer, basketball and boxing. Interactive exhibits and tributes to Roger Clemens and Ted Williams are among the favorites. Artifacts from the historic Boston Garden are also displayed.
Upon entering, the museum was larger than expected and filled with great artifacts. The guides gave us a background on the Boston Garden. I was impressed with the interactive exhibits and audio enhanced displays. This is a self guided tour, so there's plenty of time to soak up the sports atmosphere, whether you're sitting in a penalty box or old Boston Garden seats.
