Description

This small bakery and sweet shop in the historic North End of Boston will draw you in with the heavenly scents that waft out into the street. Find all your favorite Italian pastries, from handmade cannolis and eclairs to sugary cookies. The real treats are the chocolates inside the glass cases: nougat and almonds, hand-made peanut butter cups and dark chocolate bars entice passersby. You won't be able to leave this confectioner empty-handed.

Authentic...Nothing modern

One of Boston's Best. A must visit. especially the torrone. my wife was in heaven. Go when the feast is there. Felt like i was in Italy.

The Best Torrone Ever

Let me just say..oh my God!!!! Believe me when I say the BEST torrone in the world. We go in for it all the time..TRY IT!

Modern, not Mike's

Mike's is OK, but every single Italian American I asked said, "No. Modern, not Mike's! for canoli." They were right...
