great shoes, poor customer service

Great shoe selection, I've bought several pair of shoes from the store-HOWEVER I have also left several times after browsing because I didn't get as much as a, "can I help you?" when the store was empty of customers and full of staff. Its nice because its close to where I live and I don't have a car, but as soon as I have a vehicle I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service is as important as the fit of the shoe!

wonderful store, always has new brands and less expensive than other stores for the same pair of shoes. the shoes are gorgeous and well-made; i've had pairs from here for years. the owners are wonderful and knowledgeable, and the staff is fantastic, so helpful.
