Bad experience

I have been to Edwin Case shoe for over 70 years. My parents took me there. The last time I brought my wife for shoes, she is hard to fit, expecting good service. The two salesmen in the store at this time resembled new car salesmen. Making a hard sell. They insisted on putting a larger size on my wife's feet than was warrented. She had oversize shoes on her feet and needed the correct size. They didn't listen, didn't measure, insisted on one size too large. Since then she has had trouble with her shoes and is uncomfortable in them and they rub her toes because they are loose. She has been in and out of the hospital last year and this year for unrelated problems to her feet, and has been preoccupied with those problems, or we would have reported this earlier.
These jokers wanted me to buy shoes I detested, an ugly design for some young unschooled person. I turned them down in spite of their efforts. If I realized the problem with my wife's shoes, they would have been turned down then and there. We like SAS shoes, but they Must Fit Properly!!! I plan on writing to headquarters, if I can find their address, about those salesmen. SAS shoes are wonderful shoes and usually professional sales people are what I experience and expect.
