Dick Doherty's Comedy Vault, Boston

This place is fantastic! I went for the first time a couple weeks ago on a Saturday night and loved it. The show is in a small room, so you can see the stage no matter where you sit. The tickets, food and drinks are all reasonably priced - but all very good. The comedians were extremely funny; they even got the crowd involved in the show!

My friends took me to this comedy club for my bachelorette party. What a mistake that was! One of the idiot comedians thought I (the bride) was "table talking" so he proceeded to belittle me in front of an entire crowd of people, including my friends. I was not even the one talking! He was rude and his behavior was totally uncalled for! Thanks for trying to ruin my special night...

This place was a big let down. We attended the weekend show with a bachelorette party, that THEY booked us in for, only to be treated like dirt. Dick himself, who is the host, is NOT funny and we were the only ones laughing at his pathetic jokes. He acted like a complete jerk and we will NEVER step foot in that place OR recommend it to our worst enemies. WASTE OF $20. You'd have more fun playing in a cardboard box.

I brought my mother and daughter and both of them loved it. The show is very diversified and the crowd is a mix of all ages. We tried the pizza this time and Comedy & pizza go great to geather

I have been here many times on many days of week or weekend. Show and evening usually unbelievable fun but at the minimum always a very fun night. The food isn't great it's just a strong good pub food and prices for the theater district are very fair. Dick Doherty Himself is my favorite

i come here all the time...weekdays and weekends and i absolutely love it.. Don't shy away from the weekday shows because they are just a good as the weekends for almost half the price. You can always find fun comedians and good food and drinks here. I recommend the comedy vault to whoever is looking for a fun night out anyday of the week!!

I've been to the vault about 4 times and every time it was a great and fun expierence.They have good food funny comedians and all in all the is a good alternative on a fri and sat night. I don't understand were all the negativity is coming from but it must be an angry comedian that they wont hire. Everyone i know who have been to the vault always have good things to say. Its only $20 on fri and sat..ifs thats not in your budget then i suggest going on the weekdays when its only $12. You will still get an entertaing show.

This was my third trip to Remington's to try and see a comedy show. As always, I love the bar at Remington's - a great atmosphere, good food, and good spirits in the face of weekend chaos in the bars in the Alley. So, my evening started out well. My last two trips down to the Comedy Club were disappointing. And at the time, I paid $15 for the show. I walked downstairs and the price had gone up to $20. The three comedians I remember were very talented. It would have been a quality show in any other venue. Service was poor and scattered. And overall, the show was lackluster. I will not pay $20 on a Saturday night to go to that place again.

We came in from Virginia and saw the place while walking around the common. It was convenient and nicely priced. We ate upstairs in the restaurant main floor and then went to the show afterwards. The standup was mixed up with Improv and we had a great time! We would recommend this place as it is a cozy and fun night out!

doherty hires the cheapest comics C-D class comics, dont waste your night out, go to a real comedy show. i have been in the comic field, and i just want to let the people know the truth.
