Warm, intimate and equipped with amazing acoustics, Jordan Hall stages free concerts annually, including performances by conservatory students, faculty members and ensembles. Jordan Hall is one of the oldest concert halls in the country. The acoustics are considered the best in the world by many. Jordan Hall carries concerts every night by New England Conservatory students, professional orchestras, jazz groups, and more. Everyone from Yo Yo Ma to Brad Meldau and Cecil Taylor haved performed at Jordan Hall. The hall is intimate, seating over a thousand people. Tourists and musicians travel from all over the world to perform at Jordan Hall in Boston!
