Don't expect a return to be easy!!

I visited Chicago from North Carolina August 5-8, 2005. I purchased a pair of NIKE ID through a kiosk at the store. The shoes came and my daughter didn't like them, so I returned them to the store via UPS. They were signed for on 9/1/05 with instructions enclosed to call me for my credit card # so that they could issue credit. I spoke with Danielle in Customer Service on Saturday, 9/3/05. She located the shoes but stated that there was no paperwork enclosed. I gave her my credit card # and she was going to try to look it up and call me back "shortly". Well, it's Wednesday and now I can't get an answer. I FAXed her my contact information on Tuesday, 9/6/05, but still haven't gotten a return call and I've left 5 messages in the general mailbox. Now, they have my shoes and my money!!!
