Excellent Customer Care!

I purchased 3 tickets online via Ticketmaster for what I thought was a September 24th performance of Blue Man Group. To my surprise, my electronic tickets were dated September 11th - the date I purchased the tickets..and clearly not good for the September 24th performance. When I approached the box office, the assistant theatre manager, Greg White, was most accommodating. He was professional, dynamic, and kind. He was able to give us comparable seats and didn't even charge me even though he certainly could have done so. I will certainly go back again and again to Briar Street Theatre. Superb customer service!
