Marie's Liquors & Pizza

I went there with a date on 1/31/09 and ordered a spinach and half sausage pizza. when it came the center of the pie was warm but the outer edge was cool and crispy as if over cooked. I also noticed they took the Blue Moon beer off tap; it is now only sold in bottles (not the same) Saturday was not a stellar night. Marie's is running hot and cold lately. The waitress, however was very attentive and as an apology for our disappointing pizza gave us free dessert. I'll go back I like the place and the food, I just don't like to gamble on the experience and I DON'T like Blue Moon in bottles.

This is the best thin crust Pizza in Chicago!!! The Pizza is so thin that you can a eat a whole pizza by yourself.

Marie's is my favorite pizzia place. When we first started going in the owners would make my dining a pleasure. I had a one year old who was always on the go. Mrs Marie would think nothing of picking her up and entertaining while we ate. The staff is always so nice. Decorations at Christmas is a must see. I can't say anthing bad. I have had many parties there and always happy. The price is right. Oh by the way my one year old is now 36. We leave in the suburbs and alway drive in for a great pizzia

I went to this place on my trip to the boat store & pool place, which is right next door. It was good, good sauce & good crust.

Well first of all, I get to see my grandma and aunt and uncle. I also like going there because it brings back memories from when I was a smaller. I practically grew up in the restaraunt. I love to help the bar tenders make kiddie cocktails and virgin strawberry daquaris! Last but not least, I LOVE the cheese pizza at Maries. I sometimes help the pizza makers cook and make the pizzas that have been ordered. Overall I think my familys restaraunt is awsome, and I know you will too. Have a taste for good food? Marie's makes one of the best thin crust pizza's anywhere. I also enjoy the Thurs Jazz & Fri night swing. Just a nice place to meet with friends and enjoy great conversation and some good food.

We recently moved into the area and fell in love with Marie's. With an excellent menu, an incredible wine selection and adorable "old school" atmosphere, Marie's is a wonderful place to dine. The friendly service is also standard when at Marie's, and you can't beat the pricing. Our favorite is the double crust pepperoni pizza. Marie's pizza is made with a very thin, extra crispy crust that one craves after the first bite. They also offer great special events - wine tastings, local jazz musicians, champagne tastings, etc. Highly recommended for all occasions.
