Nuuanu Pali Lookout, Kaneohe

It was a very nice view but I wouldn't put it in the top 10 things to do. Very windy so make sure you hold on to your hats. Admission is free.

I've been to Pali lookout and also did the haunted ghost tour.The day view is awesome,the haunted tour is horrible.....

Who is responsible for the totally classless move to begin charging $3 to park at the Pali Lookout? This is a disgrace and turns a historic and beautiful natural site into a cheap, classless, tourist trap. The people responsible for this greedy, money grubbing decision should be fired!

Hold on to your hats, as it is very windy at the Nuuanu Pali Lookout! Astonishing view all around! Best of all, it's free!!

We actually found this place accidentaly and were so happy we did. It was amazing. There were young children there leaning into the wind and I was expecting them to be lifted off their feet. The views from this lookout are breath-taking. Make sure you have a camera. Video is difficult due to the wind, and the only sound that our video had was the sound of wind rushing over the mic. Its a beautiful drive to get there too.

I love it sooooo much it was BEAUTIFUL. I went this year and the last and i plan to go back next year as well....

Hands down the windiest place I have ever been and an amazing view. It almost felt like you were about to be lifted up!!!! It's a very ethereal experience and would definitely recommend it for a conversation piece to have the rest of your life. And also... our pictures were hilarious!!! Hair and clothes everywhere from the wind!

I guess this is one of those suggested must-do things while you are on Oahu but in my opinion I would skip it if you're scrimping on time. The view is pretty nice, not spectacular but free none the less. It is very windy up there and there are quite a few signs warning you to take caution with the bees that live up there. Put it this way, the signs are there for a reason. About twenty times some very angry bees flew right into my fiance and I...once, one even flew and hit me right smack on the face. It's like they're warning you to stay away but without having to kill themselves by stinging you. The place was okay but in my opinion the view is not worth the possibilty of getting stung.

I loved the view and the amount of wind that the area generates. I jumped in the air and was pushed back. It was great!

Beautiful and breathtaking views! I relocated from NYC two years ago. Whenever I get visitors from the mainland, I take them up there. You can see so much from up there, but hold on to your hat!
