E Noa Tours, Honolulu

The only reason we gave this tour one star was because Pearl Harbor was so amazing. But you can do Pearl Harbor on your own. The tour guide talked incessantly about random subjects unrelated to the tour with a fact about Hawaii occassionally thrown in, never pausing to allow questions or quiet. The American Express Office through which we booked the tour misled us to believe the tour stopped more often (we sat on the bus almost the entire day) and most of the stops were at tourist trap gift shops. I highly recommend Pearl Harbor, but NOT through E Noa Tours.

My wife and I took the Pearl Harbor/Circle Island Tour and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A visit to the Arizona Memorial is a must stop; it is very moving and inspiring. Our tour guide, Aaron, was very knowledgeable but a little put out when questions would be asked. Also when he would point out a place of interest he would have to drive by so fast that we would not have time to get a picture. But this is the best way to get to see most of the island. Would reccomend this tour.

My husband and I would have loved to take the Royal Circle Island Tour, but the bus never showed up at our pick-up location. When I called the company, a very rude woman informed me that they left without us because we didn't show up - at a different pick-up location than we had been given. We rescheduled our tour without a problem and confirmed the correct pick-up spot. Unfortunately, the bus didn't show up on that morning, either. When I called again, an equally rude woman (perhaps the same one?) told me that the tour had been cancelled. They never even attempted to call us to let us know, despite having been given our cell number and hotel and room number the previous day. Although we were issued a full refund, I thought that the management should be made aware of these problems. When we returned home, I called again and spoke to another person, who was apologetic and promised to "look into it." Another man called me back and promised to get back to me within the day with an explanation. Unsurprisingly, no one ever called me back. Thanks to E Noa tours, my husband and I missed out on a handful of things that we wanted to see on our first and probably only trip to Hawaii. Shame on them!

We took the Circle Island Tour with Shannon O'Brien. He was a fount of information and took great care of his clients. After several other tours we wished Shannon had led them all. Ask for Shannon if you ever tour Oahu. Written by the woman from Ohio looking for a good looking seatmate!

We took the Pearl Harbor and Circle Island Combo Tour. It's Excellent!! We all enjoy the tour very much. The tour guide(driver) is the best. Highly recommended.
