Stepping into the store was intimidating and I felt extremely unwelcomed. Their staff was old and stuffy, and made me feel uncomfortable. I reluctantly divulged my budget, and the salesperson insisted that my girlfriend deserved only the best...hearts on fire. I explained that it was way out of my budget, and they kept trying to push this diamond...they made me feel inferior and I recommend that all stay away unless you have tons of money to burn.

My husband started planning a surprise proposal in September of 2000. He had gone to The Wedding Ring Shop to purchase an engagement ring. He told them exactly what he wanted; the cut, clarity, size, and even what type of setting he was looking for. He also told them that he needed the ring within 6 months. They told him, “No problem, we’ll get back to you”. He called them several times, but no one returned his call. Finally, January came around and he still didn’t hear any word from them. We went to the Diamond Specialists. The Diamond Specilists showed the pit falls, tricks, and games of the diamond industry! They taught us everything we need to know and also gave us a quiz about diamonds! Set up an appointment with them 1 week ahead!

The wedding ring shop is one of the best places I have ever been to purchase sentamental jewlry in all my travles. The friendly staff is more then willing to help you find what you are looking for in a timely and friendly manner.

Pat the manager spent nearly 1 hour with me twice. She allowed me to send pictures back to the mainland via my cell phone and arranged shipping with a minimum of effort. The quality of the jewelery was exceptional and certainly amoung the best at the Ala Moana shopping center.. thank ..Highly recommnended
