Poor customer service - very rude sales associate- not helpful, arrogant!

Customer service was great . Purchase price of the coconut bra I bought was great , I had been searching everywhere for one and found one @ the Hawaii shop. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

As an artist in Hawaiian, I like to be represented by Craft Galleries. In a struggling economy, Little Hawaiian Crafts Refused to pay what they owe their artists and still continue to sell unpaid merchandise. This is Bad Business. I recommend not supporting such establishments.

Kim was otally awesome. She went out of the way to find us information and was just such a joy to work with. Whenever we go back to Oahu we are looking for her :)

This shop is awesome (and I do ALOT of shopping)! I bought all of my friends gifts there, including one for myself. Kim was so helpful and honest. I could not have asked for a more helpful and nice salesperson. She is just what that shop needs in a manager. All of the employees are helpful and there is a wide range of types of gifts and prices. There are alot of stores that you can go to in Honolulu, but this gem outshines them all. Chris

This was the one shop in the Waikiki Beach area that we found that had authentic Hawaiian crafts. The store was well organized and had reasonable prices. The staff in the store were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Overall, our best find in Honolulu!

This store is just the best. You are guaranteed to find several things that you and anyone you are buying souvineers for would enjoy. Kim is great to help with any questions you might have. Must check out!

I love this place! It's always the first store I visit when I'm in town. I go for the beautiful all-Hawaiian made merchandise AND to see Kim, who embodies the true spirit of ohana and aloha. This store has the most unique Hawaiian gifts you could possibly hope to find and the value is unparalleled. So go check it out, you won't be sorry!

A wonderful shopping experience! Kimmie was so personable and helpful. My husband liked a pottery piece we picked out for a neighbor, so I called Kimmie to order one for our home. Authentic Hawaiian items.

I've been to Oahu three times now and the Little Hawaiian Craft Shop is my favorite place to shop. I like to purchase one thing special on each visit, but every time I go into this store I find many more things that I would like. During my last visit in April 2008 I was disappointed to find out they were moving to a smaller store in the same location. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is being renovated and they seem to be trying to bring in more upscale stores (so far there's nothing else there I am interested in). Their rent will be going up and I would think their prices will have to go up too. That will be a shame because they had great prices. I love their shop because of the Hawaiian made crafts. They are all displayed as if they were in a museum....just beautiful! Like everyone else has said the people working there are extremely helpful. Mom and I were looking at their fused glass pendants and the woman helping us suggested we take them out into the sun so we could get a much better look. She was so right, I ended up buying 3 of them! I also bought some ceramic fish bowls that can also be hung on the wall...Gorgeous...colorful! It is a fun place to shop, relax, admire, and listen to the sales people describe the crafts. Don't miss this place!
