The print in question was rolled when I recieved it from the customer. I placed it in a heat press,on low temp, and shut the press off, to cool over night. The paper I used to cover the print with is the industry standard Beinfang Release paper. It is coated on one side with silicone. One of the colors did come off of the silk screen. I find it hard to believe that I charged the full price for the frame, but that was 5 years ago, and I cannot remember if I did charge full price, if I charged at all. I have been in the same address for more than 21 years, and some times mistakes are made, and I hope that I learn from each mistake. I have framed for over 38 years.

A framed diploma is a common and often unremarkable wall adornment, but Kurt at Paces Bend Gallery framed my college diploma in a very inventive manner, hand drawing bars of music to border my Music Business degree. He did an excellent job that makes an otherwise boring diploma interesting to behold. Thanks!

Just wanted to respond to PBG's previous review. I paid the full amount for all three frame jobs in advance and received nothing in return for the damaged piece we're talking about. You valued my art at $350.00 when I dropped it off and I paid $250.00 for the frame job. In return I received a damaged piece of art framed and no other resolution was provided. So I'm out $600.00 dollars... guess I learned a valuable lesson also.
