I bought a new $1200 complete bicycle here with a full 2 Year waranty. The frame, covered by the waranty, was bent during normal riding but the shop would not help me. What is the point of paying the extra $$ to buy a bike from a shop if they are going to treat you like dirt and tell you to contact the manufacturer yourself?? This in addition to incompetent, arrogant mechanics and an owner that lectures me about how I'm killing his shop because I bought a seatpost off of the internet. Don't shop here, there are plenty of better shops in this city.
