This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They never answer their phone. They have lied to us about when product was shipped. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a train set that I have been informed was shipped on 2 different dates. Now they won't answer the phone. Unbelievable!

Great little gem!

I stumbled upon this little store in Dunwoody whlie looking for another kiddie boutique. I was really impressed with Chicken Lips. Unique well-made toys, quality upscale clothing for children, infants through early teens and theme designed furniture. I loved the decor and store layout. Items are easy to find, moderately priced, store staff is helpful, not pushy. I would recommend a vist to Chicken Lips; Children play in fenced area while parents shop. Great place for unique baby shower gifts.
