No one is sure how Rafters got its name, but no one seems to care when the big game is on. Come tip your mug and toast the hometown heroes in this loud and rollicking neighborhood tavern. The big-screen TV area is the place to be for any major event, or just a midsummer night's Braves game. A passable menu of typical pub fare is offered, including burgers, sandwiches, and even ribs and a few seafood items. Beer is the beverage of choice, but full bar service is available.
I was dining at the rafters located on jones bridge raod. the food was great but the reason i loved it so much was because of the band. Me and my husband came in not nowing what to expect but we had heard from a friend of ours that thet're was a live band. The band's name was Rain, they played many of our favorite classic rock songs, such as the beatles, the rolling stones, Led Zeppelin, the cream, and more. Plus some of there own which were unbelievable. The band was a four piece band that completely blew both mine and my husbands mind.
