Cheesecake Factory, Atlanta

The Cheesecake Factory is not for nor do they accomodate large parties. We went there for our son's Rehearsal Dinner. We tried calling weeks in advance. We were always told, "we don't take reservations just come on in." The person was not listening to our request....We asked to speak to a Manager; " There is no Manager available right now." One call was made at 6 p.m. April 17, the other at 2 p.m. April 22nd. The Rehearsal Dinner was to be May 8th with 30 people attending. The third time was a charm...my Husband was able to speak to a Manager. This gentleman took all of the information (how many people, time, everything) My husband called on the 5th to confirm our reservation but could not talk to the gentleman he had spoken to previous. When we arrived on the 8th, not one employee was aware of our party. It was 30 minutes before we were sat. (in two seperate tables...not all together) Wine was served to one table and not to the other (until my husband pointed out that we were all together) The food was cold (all except 3 dishes) Very disappointing Cheesecake Factory We've been to Cheesecake Factory's from California to Chicago to Here. No more.

I hated the food and everything else. the food wasway overcooked and the cheesecake was not sweet like they say it is. the bathrooms are also disgusting.

If you have never been to the Cheesecake Factory do not be fooled by the name! They not only have the best (and widest variety) of cheesecake I have ever come in contact with but they also have the greatest food! You can get anything you want here from chinese to italian to mexican and in large portions. Plan to get a doggie bag before you even order your food and save room for dessert. The menu itself contains about ten pages of choice dishes (including brunch items for sunday morning) and the last two pages of the menu are filled with cheesecake and other dessert choices. The staff was wonderful, there was no waiting in line and the atmosphere was perfect. Dress comfortably and plan to stay for a while especially if you sit out front in the garden. Excellent!!! My new favorite place in Atlanta.

I love the abundant amount of flavorful cheesecakes. Everything is always better than you had imagined it. I would love to see a Cheesecake factory closer to where I live so that I can enjoy it more often.

We arrived at the resturant at 7:00PM and were seated at approx. 7:15 PM. Our waiter was slow, forgot to place one of our parties dinners with the kitchen, so because of this we did not leave the resturant until 9:30 PM that evening. We told the waiter we were displeased and he never suggested that we talk to the manager. Some of our food was cold (mashed potatoes) when it was brought to the table and had to be sent back to the kitchen. If I owned that franchise I think I would have better control on it. Hope never to see that place again. I have eaten in Cheesecake Factory resturants all over Texas and this has been the worst I have ever been in. I never had this kind of an experience before.

The menu has something for everyone. The food was great. The cheesecake was excellent! Great for a date or lunch with a friend. Excellent value for your money. You'll have to go back again and again to try everything that sounds delicious on the menu.

Had very enjoyable meal and most certainly enjoyed our dessert. Have had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant about 4 or 5 times. Our son lives in Atlanta and knows when to get to restaurant but we didn't mind a 20 minute wait there. My husband and I are retired and I have enjoyed salads there that were very good...large. Maybe a little pricey for a young family, but could be a special stop.

I just had the BEST dining experience I can ever remember! I loved everything about this restaurant. The beautiful decor, the menu selections, the HUGE portion sizes and the dessert was out of this world! I was so surprised to find such friendly service in an upscale environment. Not like fine dining but a fancy and still personal. It was easy to see the managers interacting positively with the staff and patrons also. That was nice to encounter. I was equally pleased with the bill. I don't know how they stay in business with prices and portion sizes. We walked out stuffed and carring three bags for later. I would definatly say you get your moneys worth here. Best value in the city. The gentleman at the front desk is really nice also. Even though the place was packed he still maintained a cool head and a big smile. Top notch!

I would not advise going here with a group. We went for my daughter's 18th birthday with a group of 8 and waited 2 1/2 hours, eating dinner at 10:30 PM!!

The cheesecake is par exellence! Hands down. Probably 5,000 calories in one slice but once in a while a must. The menu has great variety and the food is always displayed artful. A welcome treat, but be there around 11:30 for lunch to get a table, this place fills up FAST.
