Indian River Colony Club, Viera

We've lived here for 12 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. We love that all of the maintenance for the house, appliances and yard are taken care of for us. We travel for 5-6 months at a time and it's so nice to know that our house is secure and being well taken care of during our absence.

Loved the people! Incredibly friendly and genuine. Beautiful facilities, specifically enjoyed heated pool and golf course! Making an offer on a home this week!!

I took a tour by golf cart and was impressed with how neat and tidy the entire community was. Nothing was out of place (seriously -- NOTHING). And everywhere we went, people waved to us from their yards, front doors, the clubhouse -- or other golf carts! Every time I asked about something, the answer from our tour guide was, "Oh, that's included." We are seriously considering IRCC. The location is great, we love the no maintenance aspect and the feel of the place seems genuinely "neighborly."

We visited IRCC twice and decided that it was the place for us. The maintenance program makes living here pretty effortless. The Club is a wonderful asset. Though we don't play golf, living in a golf community with its emphasis on appearance and upkeep is an extra bonus; yet golf doesn't dominate the other aspects of living here. Terrific receational facilities - pool, fitness club, walking paths, abundant wildlife, proximity to the beach and security are all just terrific. Most important the staff - admin, club, maintenance - all demonstrate by their actions and attitudes that they are dedicated to the safety, enjoyment, and well being of those who live here. It's a friendly and welcoming place to live with great neighbors and friends.

We loved the friendly staff and most of all the grounds are immaculate. The residents don't lift a finger as maintenance does everything for them! Wildlife is abundant and I got the most beautiful photographs.

The security staff was very helpful, the club staff was very good and the food was wonderful, the golf course view behind the house was neat and the facilities all seemed to be well kept. It is tempting to think about locating there.
