When we first walked in the gate, we were amazed at the number of people in bikinins and swim suits. It seemed like a strange way to go to a theme park. Once we rode the rides, we understood! YOU GET WET, VERY, VERY WET! AS we were there in April, it was not much above 75 degrees, with a strong breeze. The water is cold, and the wind further cools you off, as not just your body, but your head is completely doused. We were cold and uncomfortable the entire day, which ruined the trip for us. If you're a woman who has spent time on hair and make-up, don't, it won't last if you do a ride. We will continue to enjoy Disney, prefer the various themes, and less WET rides!

I WENT TO THE PARK ON 8/13/2010 TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND HAD THE WORST TIME OF MY LIFE I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS TO FAT TO RIDE ENEY OF THE RIDES .I WENT TO GUEST SERVES AND WAS TOLD THAY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PARK AGEN

I guess one good thing is that I went on a down day so I did not have to really wait in line, but after an hour I had done everything that was available since most things were under construction. I paid almost 100.00 and didn't get to do one thing I had wanted to do or see there because of construction, plus like I said I was done in one hour.

It's a shame people who are not as fortunate cannot even consider such places. Taking advantage of the very Best Deal, it would cost our family $600 just to get in the gate! That says nothing for travel, food and hotel. If we brought our own snacks, slept in the car and drove 60 the whole way, we could maybe pull it off around $1000. Who has that kind of money? Sure would like to shake your hand. We recently adopted 2 brothers and will never regret it, but it does make us wonder why large families are not taken into consideration more in places like this. You would think parks that encourage "family fun" would allow for large discount packages. I'm not talking about 10% off the most expensive hotel, or free sodas in the park. I'm talking about something that will actually make it possible to plan such a trip. Any ideas??

Guest Experience was horrible! I counld not believe the level of customer service I experinced. You have a lot to learn from other local theme parks.

This is the BEST IDEA EVER! I can't wait to don my house robes and take a ride!!! I will SOOO be there in 2010 for the Harry Potter convention and opening of Universal's wonderful attraction!

It took 70 minutes to get inside this park! They try to upsell everything at the ticket windows. Its like going to a timeshare presentation. They should be ashamed of themselves. GE - you need to fix this now. You are driving customers away. The place was dirty. There were overflowing trash barrels all over the place. When I asked for a managers name I was told to call the 800 number. Really? Call the 800 number? Have some guts and have your manager own up to the poor customer service. He/she is probably inundated with complaints and sick of hearing it. Don't waste your money here.

Great place to go on a rainy day. Covered parking and covered walkway - a lot in indoor attractions.

Well, I was quite disppointed of this yahoo travel guide. As a resident of Orlando, I was shocked that Disney World is not on one of the attraction. Also, Mall of Millenia is not on here too. It's one of the biggest shopping center in Orlando.

i think its great to have a Harry Potter theme park i just now its going to be great experience. its awesome i cant what until it opens its going to be great so i hope everyone likes it.
