Mitzi's Hallmark, Orlando

I love this store and haven't used them in a while....are they still in operation? The number on line is not a working number.

I have never had a problem with this shop and try and visit it every time we go to Orlando. I can usually find something that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. And a couple of years ago, following a trip to Mitzi's,when I knew that a particular piece was due out but not yet released, I had no problems with the mail order - and the piece was received very soon after release.

HORRIBLE customer service. In fact, there was no service. I ordered online, sent an email asking for the status, and no answer for over a week. I called up the shop, and the person didn't care about servicing me. She kept blaming her owner. I had to be forceful to leave my contact information, and still am awaiting a return call days ago. Apparently they only want to take your money at Mitzi's and could care less about any service at all. Vote with your dollars at other locations. There are plenty of other places that care about their customers. Don't waste your time or money giving Mitzi's any business. My next stop: The Better Business Bureau.

Extremely helpful and friendly service. No rush and readily available to deal with questions. Can arrange for postage to the U.K. Recommend visit!
