Big River Grille and Brewing Works

I was unable to find a site to write the restaurant. Prom night - I realize no waiter wants to work prom night - but it is a very important night for the teenagers. My son & his friends made reservations for 7pm (we live in another town) the limo service was unable to pick them up on time so they called & changed the reservations to 8pm (called around 5 pm). When they arrived the host was rude and said your late we don't hold & totally acted as if they hadn't changed the reservations & gotten an ok from the person changing the reservation. They had to wait 45 min. for table and then waiter was extremely rude. Waiter would either totaly ignore any request or stay away from the table. I assume this was because his tip was included in the bill (even though there were not 8 or more at their table) so he was going to get 18% no matter what his service. These are teenagers-who were they going to complain to since they felt the host had been rude also.
