Hot Wheels Skating Center, Miami

OMG THIS PLACE IS SO AWFUL........ NEVER GOING BACK....... DIRTY RESTROOMS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..

I haven't been here in over 10 years. It was THE place to hangout on the weekends when I was in elementary school in the 90's. They had good music, cool lights, the cute boys. I might go back now to see how it's changed..if it has at all!

This place is a piece of sh......... I went there with my husband and 4 year old son and we left after 10 mins...We had to pay almost $30 just for the admission...and more $ to skate.....my son got scared after seeing to many people skating I didn't even want to go to the other counter to get the skates.......I asked for a refund...and they didn't give me any....We then tried the machines to play and only 2 were working.....I went back to them, complaining there is no other thing to do if there is no games to play and they didn't care.....we left after being there for only 10 mins.....And it's true..the bathrooms are really dirty....I hate these place !!!!

This place is in serious need of good management. I spent a few hours with my kid and i was just disgusted by the cleanliness of this place. 2 out of 3 vending machines were out of service causing me to go to the counter which only had one girl working and she clearly needed help. Than I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely the most disgusting bathroom I been to in a while especially for a family place. Everywhere I looked I was disappointed with the rink. I will go back again mostly because its the only place around but I will try to keep an open mind because my kids really enjoy skating. There is more but maybe im too critical. You should see for yourself and let me know. Have fun.
