Art Express, Miami

One of the main things I notice in any service industry location is the level of customer service. Upon entering Art Express, we were immediately greeted and assisted by none other than the General Manager himself, Abbott Cartier. Mr. Cartier was knowledgeable, courteous, and even offered a nice little discount on his services which we weren't expecting but obviously were delighted to accept. Their work is phenomenal and they take the time to explain why the are recommending one particular framing style or material over another rather than just giving you a "superior" attitude like I have experienced in other high quality art/framing stores. In my opinion, this is the #1 option in Miami for framing and art purchases. They make you feel comfortable and at home, almost as if you're discussing decorating options with a family member versus a salesman. The quality of the work is outstanding and I have no complaints. Everyone who steps into my office loves the full floating framework they provided for the Vivid 2007 AEE Girls autographed memorabilia and it's all thanks to Abbott tand the gang at Art Express!!!
