I purchased 3 oil paintings around June of 2007, that I dearly love. Mr. Abbott take the time to pick out the right frames to match with them, boy! are they beautiful, it makes my house look like celeb cribs... They do some awesome framing there, also all my family pictures were done there, the framing tells all. Awesome customer service. When you go there ask for Mr. Abbott Cartier this guy will make your home a dream HOME. Everyone that comes to my home just talks about my painting all the time..

One of the main things I notice in any service industry location is the level of customer service. Upon entering Art Express, we were immediately greeted and assisted by none other than the General Manager himself, Abbott Cartier. Mr. Cartier was knowledgeable, courteous, and even offered a nice little discount on his services which we weren't expecting but obviously were delighted to accept. Their work is phenomenal and they take the time to explain why the are recommending one particular framing style or material over another rather than just giving you a "superior" attitude like I have experienced in other high quality art/framing stores. In my opinion, this is the #1 option in Miami for framing and art purchases. They make you feel comfortable and at home, almost as if you're discussing decorating options with a family member versus a salesman. The quality of the work is outstanding and I have no complaints. Everyone who steps into my office loves the full floating framework they provided for the Vivid 2007 AEE Girls autographed memorabilia and it's all thanks to Abbott tand the gang at Art Express!!!

Six months after my mother died, almost all of her property was sold which included furniture and artwork. The house walls were mostly devoided of pictures. When her house became my house, I wanted to get it into shape on the inside and out. New windows, a fresh coat of paint inside and out, new furniture, new appliances and most importantly new artwork. Sure I could have gone to Kmart or Wal-Mart to but cheap mass produced artwork but I wanted my house to be the showplace it deserved to be. With Jasen's help and knowledge, he knew just what I was looking for and helped me to get it. He also did some pictures I had already and brightened them up with new frames and a new appearance. I've have dealt with Art Express now for more than a year and a half and I would give my recommendation to anyone who wants quality artwork or custom framing at a fair price and world class service. Art Express really is Miami's premier art and framing headquarters.
