Koko & Palenki Shoes, Coconut Grove

I have never seen such amazing shoes and clothing in one store!!Aventura Mall has alot of great shops ,but in this store you can get evrything in one stop!! The selection and service is top notch they came to my hotel in MIAMI to deliver my outfit before my flight back to Canada,!!!NO ONE does that anymore:))The service is five star hands down,I also had time to see the store in Merrick park during my time in soflo ..its like an art musuem!! real eye candy!!Anyway thought i would share ~~ shoe lova!

I bought two pairs of Tory Burch shoes there both the same size, one pair fit tight after wearing them only once & the shoes gave horrible blisters. After only a couple of days of the day of purchase I contacted the manager and informed her of the situation. She said that there wasn't a problem, to come by and exchange them for a different size. When I finally got a chance to visit the store after a couple of days the manager I spoke to was off that day. Therefore the sales rep on site misrepresented herself by telling me that she was the manager and no returns or exchanges meant NO. All in all, very poor people skills and lying to customers is making me take my business elsewere!

I loved the service and merchandise. Sales people are knowledgable about the merchandise, and they educate the customer about current trends. If you want excellent service and awesome shoes, go to their store in Cocowalk or Dadeland Mall.

I bought a pair of Tory Burch shoes there and after wearing them a few times, a nail came up on the inside of the shoe in the heel section. I took them back to the store and they advised me that the shoe had to be sent to some headquarters where someone would determine if the shoe could be fixed or they would send me a new pair. What kind of policy is that on a pair of Tory Burch shoes. I would expect that from Payless. If I would have bought them from Bloomingdales or Nordstrom, they would have given me a brand new pair on the spot. I will never step in that store again, only to get my shoes back. Saleslady was very rude.

They special ordered several pairs for me that I wanted in different colors and had them delivered the next day. The sales people are extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They constantly carry Moschino, D&G, Stuart Weitzman, Mystique, Tory Burch, Pelle Moda and Betsy Johnson. Walk to the back of the store and find shelves and shelves of shoes up to 75% off. For every occasion,dressy or casual, Koko and Palenki is perfect for you.
