Bloomingdale's, Aventura

I am writing because I have always loved your store. I am from the UK and have been coming to the States for many, many years. I have a home there. Last Tuesday 30 October, I came to your store, I was flying back to London and wanted to buy a few things. I went to the fashion floor and was trying on a few sweaters. One was from Karen Kane a black velvet top. I then walked around the store looking at other things. I suddenly looked, my hands and nails were dark purple. I went to the restroom and scrubbed my hands. I had had a manicure the day before. I could not get the colour off my nails. I realised it must have been an item of clothing I tried on. I went back to the Karen Kane area. I showed the sales lady who looked at the top and her hand was also black when she touched it. I was now in a hurry to leave for the airport, but I wanted to tell the manager on the floor. The sales lady called her, she came over. I explained what happened, she said how awful, we will have to take them off the floor. Not an apology nothing, then I showed her my nails and was horrified by her reply, "it is a good job dark nail polish is in". I had no time to deal with the matter further or I would have been late for the airport. I came home and had to have another manicure. I was absolutely furious.
