Nexxt, Miami Beach

My husband and I dined here in the evening on a Monday. Place was jam packed but we waited less than five minutes for a table- elbow to elbow seating but the service was fairly fast. Even being packed in so tight, there was a festive air to the place and we were very comfortable. I had the fish tacos and they were excellent. I usually get them at Cheesecake Factory and these were easily double if not triple in size at Nexxt. My only dispointment was that I wanted to try specific drink and was told they were out (?) I then orderd Sangria as I had to make a fast decision. It was "okay". Not great, not bad - kind of mediocre. I will say the glass was very large - way larger than other places where I have had sangria. Had it tasted more fruity I wuld have drank more than the three sips that I had. My husband had some sort of TexMex plate and we had the ahi tuna appetizer - all three food items were simply huge. We enjoyed ourself and will dine here again when we are in South Beach next year.
