Capital Grille, Miami

My first time in Miami and what a great meal. The Del Monico steak was cooked to perfection. I will make a return visit. They are very detail oriented. Great atmosphere and good for business meetings.

I visited The Capital Grille on Dec. 11, 2005 based on a friend's recommendation. I can tell you my friend was absolutely right! This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been. The cuts are excellent! The place is spectacular and service is superb! As one review in the restaurant lobby states: If I were to choose a place for my last meal, I would certainly choose this place. I had the Kona Cruted Dry Aged Sirloin and my wife had the Signature Veal Chop. Both were excellent, but the sirlon was out of this world. The flavor combination is something special. I recommend this plate to any person visiting for the first time. Ricardo Venezuela
