Peace Pipe (The), Fort Lauderdale

I visited this place on one occasion and found the male worker to be arrogant and rude. I asked a question about a tobacco grinder and my question was meet with a long and arrogant speech about how he would not answer any questions because he felt I was "misusing" the products the store sells. When I asked him what questions I was allowed to ask, he responded by telling me "there is a thing called the internet." I asked where one goes on the internet to learn the rules to govern my questions, and he again was rude and couldn't answer my question. I have found no good reason to patronize this place - they don't offer anything that any other tobacco shop has to offer; except customer disrespect. Also, I noticed they are higher priced than other shops I've been to.

I freaking hate these people who work here. I accidentally said "smoke" while we were talking about incense and the guy THREW me out of the store. I was like "Wait, stop yelling at me. It was an accident..." It's so funny that they treated me like a cop when I WAS a frequent customer. Then the guy behind the register started cursing, saying "GET THE F*** OUT OF THE STORE" then he chased my husband out while running after him with his fists flying. They have the worst customer service. I would recomend going anywhere else but here. Also, they ID'd me when I walked in the store, even though I'd been there before, and it was annoying because I said, "Hey, I'm not buying anything, only my husband is, I don't want to go back to my car." and they made me go anyway to grab an ID. I go back inside, and I see a 2 month old baby in the back... the whole store smells like tobacco and there's a baby in the back crying... this place was awful.

Sold me a defective item. Would not exchange it. Was extremely rude. I was so mad I simply left the item there and walked out. Horrible customer service. Dont shop there.

My friend brought me here when I moved from Cali. I am soo glad. The selection of glass is awesome & the people are cool. They treat you like a friend & take the time to show you whayever you want to see.They sell lots of other cool stuff too. OMG I There incense is the best Iwant to back right now...

This store has so many more items and products than I expected. They have cool cloths and jewlery, posters and a great selection of incense and candles. Great service too! Can be beat and highly recommend. It was certainly worth the visit.

i used to live in ft lauderdale and i would go there every week! the atmosphere is good, there's this old guy who owns the place i think, and the employees are all cool people, you can always ask them some help and they'll treat you like an old friend. you can find all types of smoking acessories.
