Brandy's Shoes

Absolutely rude service. Did not give individual attention, did not size the foot unless asked. We were close to buying a pair of shoes until the manager became irrate after we asked a question. She began to yell and became threatening. It was a frightening experience. Stick with department stores.

I tried to buy shoes for my 95 year old mother-in-law and couldn't believe how poorly we were treated. I had to find a salesman to help us, but after giving her two pairs of shoes to try on he said, I can't fit you and walked away. Admittedly fitting her would be very difficult, but there was no reason for the rude treatment. I had planned on purchasing a few pairs of shoes for myself, but decided that I would not support such a store. I can't believe this company has been in business for so long when they provide such poor customer service.

I have never had a problem for 20 years of buying shoes there...total satisfaction...fair prices

We have been going to Brandy's for shoes for many years. The most outstanding feature of their store was their sales personnel. They were all very interested in trying to fill any requests you had. They stayed right with you -- measured your feet and were extremely pleasant and helpful. Today we were in the market for diabetic shoes -- a division which was supposed to open in January and apparently is held up until March. There was no interest in showing us what they had in stock -- we happened upon a display! We also were interested in a pair of men's shoes. We were asked by one of two salesmen whether we needed any help and that was the extent of the help. When we found something of interest one of the salespersons got a pair in the correct size (told to him by us, no measurement by him) and that was that. No fitting -- no advice -- no interest. We're not anxious to return.

We have been shopping here for 20 years. The sales people were never exactly friendly, but they sold the shoes my mother needed. Today though, the man who "helped" us was awful. Every shoe we asked about he would respond "I guess we have nothing for you". He really seemed irritated about our meer existence(we were the only customers in the store). Very sad to say we will have to travel north or west to get shoes, as we live on the east side of Broward. Dissapointed Ex-Patron

Pushy salesmen, more interested in making a sale than listening to you. Nowhere near as many shoes as they advertise. I walked out.

I drove 30 minutes to get to Brandy's after seeing their commercial on TV. I am glad I did. I received immediate attention and personal care. My shoes were sized to my foot perfectly. And they were on sale. Brandy's will be my only shoe store from now on. Joanne
