Washington Harbour

Washington Harbour is a great place on the Georgetown waterfront that literally "embraces" the Potomac River with beautiful views of the Va. shoreline, the Kennedy Center and the arches of picturesque Key Bridge. Along the waterfront is a promenade with a boardwalk, outdoor cafes and spectacular fountains to view the passing parade of people on a warm day or evening. The place is equally beautiful day and night - so the best time is about an hour before sunset to enjoy it in the sunlight and then watch the sun set over the Potomac River while the city lights turn on! This is truly a beautiful and almost magical place in Washington. Don't miss it!!!
