There is something cozy and comforting about this shop and tea room, perhaps it takes you back to a simpler life and time. Once inside the warm and inviting shop, you suddenly feel compelled to pick up a few Irish wool sweaters and a Guinness sweatshirt or a beautifully crafted scarf or hat, porcelain or other Irish import. Then you can settle into a chair in the tearoom in the rear of the store, for some tea and a bowl of soup or a slice of shepherd's pie. Other delectables are available at reasonable cost. It is conveniently located across from the Shubert Theater .
