Mizell Trains & Hobbies Inc., Westminster

I have been a customer or Mizell Trains for awhile. I have only ordered by phone. At all times I have been treated with excellent care by a knowledgeable staff. If someone there does not know the answer to my questions they find a staff member who does. My purchases have been both new and previously owned stock. My last order was ordered one afternoon and arrived at my location the next (265 miles away)afternoon. For their prices and service I will continue to order from these people because of their superior customer phone service. I switched from another Denver based "Train Only Hobby Shop" professing to be the largest train only hobby shop because of their poor phone service and long waiting or hold times and or incorrect 800 phone ordering numbers printed incorrectly in train magazines or they were out of stock on my request. Mizell's either has it or will get it if it's avaliable. My best compliments to a hobby shop like Mizell's and no I do not get anything for this but satisfaction.
