This could possibly be the first time the words "fine dining in a mall" have ever been used together in a sentence. This "my-oh-my-this-place-is-certainly-nice" type restaurant has been the talk of the Denver dining scene since it first opened. The interior is contemporary and harbors big windows with big views of the big mall area. The food is top-notch in both taste and presentation. Lamb, halibut and pork chops are just a few of its dinner offerings. There are also pasta and salad options.
Bloom has a relaxing atmosphere, understated, yet hip. Their food appears designer at first but the fare is actually very suitable to many palettes. And the food is very good with real flavor. I highly recommend a trip to Bloom.
