In a swanky area, this local favorite snubs its nose at the chic and proudly embraces its dive bar feel.The dining room is rich with "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" character. Six overhead TV screens make the place the closest thing Aspen has to a legitimate sports bar. Pool, darts and shuffleboard provide good drinking diversions.Burgers are the king of the menu. There are sandwiches and a great offering of barbecued ribs.

Waited 95 min for our food and when we asked why a gratuity was added to 4 adults and 2 kids they said 'just pay the bill' - never have I had such poor service - will be glad to see this place close SOON.
 
 
 
 
 
Worst sports bar ever.

At a sports bar you'd expect to be able to finish a game. After drinks and lunch we were kicked out at halftime to give room to more money. If you're looking for a place to watch a game and to receive friendly service, look elsewhere.
 
 
 
 
 
Divey deluxe

I love the Cooper Street bar. Yeah its divey, but take it from a local gal, its lots of fun and cheap (a definate plus in Aspen.) Come have a drink with us, play some shuffleboard or shoot pool. The guys are hot and the beer is cold. Liz
