Shoreline Amphitheater needs to be updated

There's only 1 screen in the front for reserved seat holders. So, unless you have a seat in 101, 102 and 103 close up rows, you don't get to see much. There are 2 SMALL screens by the front rows. What's up with that? Don't you think the people on the front rows already have a pretty good view? Also, THERE WAS A BROKEN SPEAKER for the Neil Young bridge school benefit concert. I don't know if this speaker is always a problem, but it sure was on Saturday, Oct 24th. To keep it from creating static, the volume was turned down and we couldn't hear the stage performers when they chatted with the audience. We were in "nosebleed" 200 section seats. There's plenty of room to put up 2 more large screens on the walls besides the front screen, for people in "no view" sections like ours. The people on the lawn got a better view than we did because of the 2 large screens there and paid MUCH LESS.
We did like the accessibility to the concessions and bathrooms, but your beer prices are outrageous!! We did like the bar atmosphere, though, because we got a much better view there.
I was very disappointed when I bought our tickets because I called early right around 10 AM and could not get through. By the time I did, it was 10:20 AM and we got such poor seats. I will never go there again unless I can get seats in 102 section in the first few rows.
