Mission Bay Golf Course, San Diego

had an 8:38 tee time at this course last week and was checking in though my partner hadn't shown up yet. The starter asked if I wanted to pay but said no refunds if I should pay and my partner didn't show up so I said I'd pay for 9 and then if she didnt' show up I'd pay the balance to play 18. He said they couldn't do this. So I waited and made a phone call and found that my partner wouldn't be coming after all. He asked if I could play with the threesome ahead of me because they were so backed up he didn't want to send me out alone even though I had a tee time and he had two groups on the waiting list and of course I said yes. Around the 7th hole, my golf partner showed up in a cart without clubs to apologize. She said that the starter told her there was no one ahead of my group so I could play ahead of my group with her and I declined, I'd already played 7 holes with my group. She decided to ride along with our group. Who am I to say no when she paid for 9 holes and a cart. And the starter is the one who let her so it was not my decision to make. Shortly there after another man - the afternoon starter came out and asked us if we were a fivesome and I said no. Clearly only four of us were playing but he said since she was there we were a fivesome and I protested and told him she wasn't playing we were and that they were the ones that let her onto the course - we were just minding our own business playing golf. The man who was harrassing us protested and proceeded to park his cart in front of our teebox and chatted with my friend - I asked him to move because we were trying to play golf and he wouldnt and then said I was being rude. We were just playing golf until your staff interrupted us. They should not have rented her the cart and told her she could come out if she wasn't supposed to be out there and they should not have assumed that because they did this that we were not a fivesome. Didn't have anything to do with us. I really don't appreciate being harrased at any time especially when I'm paying money to use a facility. Lastly the started told me no refunds but he refunded her cart fee. Geez double standard??? BY THE WAY, THE GOLF COURSE SAID THEIR BEHAVIOR WAS APPROPRIATE... DO YOU WANT TO PLAY IN A PLACE WHERE THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS?

i prefer liberty staion there is no par 4 but there are long par 3. liberty station i in el cajon. please check this golf course out. please don't turn me down.

Course is very fun. the least frustrating course i have ever played. very easy to walk (they do have carts). fun 18 if you are short on time.

Perfect end to the day playing at dusk with the cooler sea breeze.
