Totally awesome!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/1/11
We have 3 kids ages 10, 3 and 1 so we really had a wide range to deal with. Obviously our 1-year-old got nothing out of it except pointing out the different animals. He was just too little to enjoy it. Our 3-year-old was better. He fed the seals, watched the shows and enjoyed the Sesame Street playground they had there. Our 10-year-old really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we did not hit any of the amusement park type rides so I cannot comment on those. We did go through the Shark Encounter, Turtle Reef, Pacific Point (feeding the seals) and 3 of the shows (the dolphin show, the Shamu show and the otter/sea lion/walrus show). The shows were fantastic and completely different from each other. The Shamu show featured the killer whales doing a variety of tricks. The dolphin show really showcased the humans more with lots of diving and acrobatics and high wire stunts. The sea lion/walrus/otter show was more of a comedy show, so 3 completely different styles of shows. Very enjoyable. One thing my daughter and I did was the Dolphin Interaction where we got in the water with the Dolphins at Rocky Point. There were 12 participants total divded into 2 groups of 6. It was expensive ($180 per person which includes use of wet suit and a towel you keep afterwards) but it was well worth it with my daughter. She enjoyed it. The trainers were extremely friendly. The dolphins were every bit as friendly as you see on TV. You can tell how much the trainers really do care about the animals they work with. All in all, don't miss Sea World! I wish we had gotten to more activities, but our younger children got tired and we didn't want to be the parents with screaming crying children because we forced them to stay longer at the park in the hot sun. Probably the only negative thing I could say was the fact that the shows are in open stadiums so in the middle of the day that hot sun really beats down on you and your children. Definitely do noto be without stuff to drink, hats, sunscreen and lots of coverup!

TWO THUMBS UP FOR SEA WORLD!
By Emily, 5/25/10
My family spent two days at sea world and we really did need two days! There is so much to see and so much to do its impossible to be bored. We had a 1 1/2 year old who was obsessed with Elmo. To our surprise the park is sesame street themed. We paid around 50.00 for our family of four to have breakfast with Elmo....so WORTH THE MONEY! My daughter got to hug the characters and spend one on one time with them. All the shows sea world offers are KILLER! The small childrens area with rides and water park splash area were a highlight of our day. Kids loved the animals and the size of the whales are UNBELIEVABLE! MUST SEE THIS PLACE!!! WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

Good Choice four families and friends
By zach, 5/17/10
Many shows rides and lots of people walking around. The experience was like I was a pre-teen. I would have to ercommend this to all aes below 70. I think that the time and money was well spent. When I got there I thought there would be a ride to just look away. But instead it was nothing like that it drew me to it and I rode it! I would have to say spend th money time and all the energy you have and hit the park because I almost had a heart attack. Go To Sea World Today!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not my favorite..
By Sammie, 11/10/09
I absoloutely hated it here. Feeding the dolphins was the highlight of my day. There's I believe..one ride, a roller coaster. I don't ride coasters. I saw the penguins, that was ok. Shamu show was boring to me. I hate to be so negative about this, but I was bored the entire time. :/ I'm seventeen and the cost was way to high for the ammount there is to do in my opinion. If you're going bring some extra cash for fish to feed the dolphins. It's kinda expensive.

We've become regulars.
By suz, 9/7/09
Until this past July, I hadn't been to Sea World since I was a kid. It was a greater experience than I remembered! It says a lot if you can top a happy childhood memory with an adult experience! We purchased yearly passes and actually use them. There is so much to see and experience... It is not just for kids, anymore!

Great Family Park
By AngelaL, 6/5/09
I went here last year with my boyfriend. It's a good place to take your family out to see sea animals. Everyone is mostly excited for the Shuka Killer Whale show. It wasn't as exciting as everyone make it to be. If you've been to Six Flags Marine World, the Killer Whale show is somewhat similar to the killer whale show at Six Flags Marine World. But there are some other exciting things about this park. The sea lion and otter show was a good one.
