ZERO stars if possible. Made a reservation online as requested after we called and spoke to staff who said the requested time was no problem. Received a call the next day asking if we could move our time. I told them we could not due to other planned activities (leaving back to Dallas). I asked if that would be a problem and was told not at all. Received another call later that afternoon saying our time slot was completely cancelled, completely crushing my 12 year old daughters plans. She had been really wanting to do this! Guy on phone said he was sorry but only doing what the captain told him to do. Beware, your reservation means nothing. I wish I had more flexibility, but we did not, however we were told our time slot would not be an issue.

The staff is very rude and not polite.As there was no alternative , we had to pick this company . I would not reccommend.

I surprised my boyfriend with this parasailing adventure for his birthday. I didn't tell him what we were doing until we got there. He was so exciting and thrilled. We had a great time. We were the first ones to go up and it was absolutely amazing. If you haven't tried it, you should try it at least once. They even bring you low enough to the water to dip your feet in. I would recommend you take a camera and have other people on the boat take pictures of you!

It was really great and the view in the sky was amazing!! I didn't think that we would go that high!. I would not recommend the picture package because It costs 15, for like 12 pics and then you have to go spend another 5 dollars to develop them!! The pictures weren't very good and I would have liked to have some close up ones like about to go off, and coming back on. I also didn't understand the price. Its 70 bucks, and you go up and down and enjoy the ride and the bumps of the waves but I would have maybe paid 30-40 to do that. IDK. VERY FUN THOUGH!
