They are truly the best ever. I have gone out of my way to get their pies and cinammon rolls. If you want to go to heaven, just eat some pie and a cinammon roll. The bottom crust is thicker, but soooooo flaky and cooked. You would be surprised at how good the bottom crust truly is. It is as flaky at the top crust, which is amazing. The bottom crust on a pie is usually soggy and not nearly as good as the top. I wish i knew how they did it. I love to cook and bake, and it takes a lot to accomplish what they do. Go out of your way some time and give them a try. Remember tho, Julian has several pie companies, and bakeries. You want the Julian Pie Co. I have tried the others, and sorry to them, but they are not as good.
